About me

A one-woman web squad with a love for simplicity, systems & soul.

Where Swiss precision meets Tunisian soul.

Hi, I’m Patrizia — digital tinker queen, born in Switzerland, now living by the sea in Tunisia.
I build websites for people who want to be online without losing their minds.

I don’t believe in overpriced tech fluff. I believe in clarity, in independence, and in honest websites that just do their job — like a good Swiss army knife: neat, sharp, and always ready.

My work is not just about websites. It’s about giving people back control.
You don’t need to know what DNS or SSL means. You don’t have to sign up for five tools and hope they somehow work together.
I handle the tech, from domain and hosting to design, SEO, email, and social links — and I even write your site content, if you want. You get one person, one price, one working website. Done.

From Swiss precision to Tunisian sunshine

I’ve been in tech since dial-up and floppy disks.
In a former life, I was a database developer in banking — building Oracle systems that (hopefully) never crashed. Later, I led internal comms and digital signage projects in a social enterprise in Switzerland. And when the world turned WordPress-shaped, I jumped in with both feet.

Today I run Shabaka Web Services — my own small studio, focused on affordable digital presence for small businesses, NGOs, and freelancers. Most of my clients don’t even know what a browser is (and that’s totally okay).

Why I do this

Because it matters.
Because I’ve seen too many good people struggling with bad tech.
Because I believe everyone deserves a place on the web — no matter their budget, background, or bandwidth.

Also… because it’s fun.
Let’s be real — I love digging into messy CSS, crafting microcopy that makes people smile, and turning empty dashboards into polished pages that feel like you.
